Video of the Day: Onboard within the Shadow DN4 with Jim Tempo | Journal

On the WeatherTech Worldwide Problem at Street America, Jim Tempo had a scary blow over of which he walked away. This isn’t that video.

There have been plenty of feedback questioning the veteran driver’s credentials to drive the automobile. Whereas phrases are legit, actions are much better. The previous 24 Hours of Daytona Champion can also be a really well-known coach and teacher. On this video, we take a trip with Tempo and he talks us across the four-mile undulating circuit like we have been the one driving the automobile and he was the coach.

In fact, it’s much more enjoyable to have the ideas of a targeted, skilled driver verbalized for us to listen to and see. A Tempo defined in his feedback in regards to the crash, he mentioned, “The circumstances (pace, headwind, drafting, acceleration and so forth…) have been the right storm right here. The entrance finish lifted halfway up the hill after which she blew over backwards. A number of dusts and sparks till it stopped. Crew members and rescue staff on the scene instantly. A wild trip however I’m 100% okay. I LOVE Street America!!!”

Now we have definitely seen some nice movies of Tempo at Street America over time, and this one isn’t any totally different. Jim Tempo is a greater than competent driver. Watch and see for your self…
